    Melissa Eckhause

    Visiting Assistant Professor of Law, received her B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, her J.D. from the University of É«×ۺϾþà Mercy, and her LL.M. from the University of California at Berkeley. She joined the University in 2020.

    Eisenhauer, Joseph G.

    Joseph Eisenhauer

    Dean, College of Business Administration and Professor of Economics, earned a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. A former banker, he has been a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Wharton School, a Visiting Professor at the Universita di Roma, La Sapienza in Italy, and a Visiting Scholar at the Catholic University of America. He has published extensively in the areas of risk and insurance, ethics, social economics, and statistics. Prior to joining É«×ۺϾþà Mercy, he was chair of Economics at Wright State University in Ohio. He joined the University in 2010.

    Eisenstein, Julia L.

    Julia L. Eisenstein

    Associate Librarian, Reference, McNichols Campus Library, provides reference service and research skills instruction. Eisenstein is responsible for collection management in the areas psychology, religious studies, catholic studies, counseling, and decision science. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, and a Master of Library and Information Science from Wayne State University. Eisenstein joined the University in 2008.

    Ericson, Karl A.

    Karl A. Ericson

    Assistant Librarian Reference, McNichols Campus Library, provides reference service and research skills instruction. Ericson is responsible for collection management in the areas of accounting, addiction studies, African-American studies, sociology, social work, and women's and gender studies. He holds a Master of Library and Information Science from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University. Ericson joined the University in 2012.

    Eschelman, Lee

    Lee Eshelman

    Assistant Professor, is a clinical psychologist and assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at University of É«×ۺϾþà Mercy. Prior to joining the faculty in 2019, she earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Miami University. She completed an APA accredited clinical psychology internship at University of Wisconsin – Department of Psychiatry and a postdoctoral fellowship in Women’s Health with the University of Michigan Medicine/VA Ann Arbor Consortium. Broadly, her research program focuses on understanding the impact of trauma on emotion regulation and psychological outcomes such as posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and substance use.

    Evans, Kendra

    Kendra Evans

    Associate Professor, Chemistry and Biochemistry, teaches general chemistry, quantitative analysis, instrumental analysis, and research methods. She earned a B.S. in Chemistry at Western Kentucky University and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Michigan. Her research interests include liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry-based analyses of tissue and water samples, as well as the development, implementation, and assessment of course-based undergraduate research experiences. She is the 2015 recipient of the É«×ۺϾþà Mercy Faculty Achievement Award and the 2015 Science Faculty of the Year Award. Evans serves as the vice president of ANACHEM (Association of Analytical Chemists) and is the research enrichment core leader for University of É«×ۺϾþà Mercy's ReBUILÉ«×ۺϾþà Program.
